PRAISE REPORT
Many of you are keenly aware of the trials and tribulations this ministry has endured in finding a location where they could establish a “City of Refuge” for those coming out of prison. Now your prayers on our behalf are bearing fruit. We have entered into an agreement to lease a development in Pahokee that will give us the capability to house 40 men immediately, with the ability to add many more later. We will begin moving some of our staff there on Dec. 1st.
The men will be housed in 20 duplex units with two men to an apartment. We need to furnish and equip each of these apartments, and without your help the costs would be prohibitive. Following is a breakdown of our needs:
Bedroom furniture………………$1172
Living room furniture……………..980
Kitchen & Bathroom Supplies…….501
Miscellaneous Supplies……………265
$2918
If you or your church would like to sponsor an apartment, we will acknowledge your gift by placing a plaque with your name in the apartment.

C.O.P.E. CONFERENCE
Pray for the Coalition of Prison Evangelists Conference in Orlando, November 20-22. Dick will be presenting a workshop on “Sex Offender Ministry.”
PRISON CRUSADE
Last chance to get on board for the crusade at Glades Correctional Inst. on December 19 & 20th. If you would like to join us, let us know immediately as we need enough time to obtain your clearance. You will receive instructions on how to share with the inmates. Many of the 1200 inmates will come out to the recreation field to hear our Rapper and Blues Band and we need those who will share Jesus with them one on one.
Since inmates do not have the resources to sponsor a crusade, we need to look to the Body of Christ to offset our costs. We have a budget of $3,600 for this crusade. If you would like to help, give Dick a call.

Christmas Caroling
Last call for those who would like to join us on Friday night, Dec. 12th at 7:00 P.M. as we do our annual Christmas Caroling. We will be sharing the love of Jesus with the men and women at the Work Release Centers in West Palm Beach and the Loxahatchee Road Prison.
No experience necessary, you don’t even need to be able to sing. We’d love to have you with us as we bring the joy of Christ’s birth to those in prison. Call Dick or Maggie now and we’ll send you the info. We need time to get your application approved. Afterglow will include hot apple cider and homemade donuts.

MINISTRY NEEDS:
Since we will be starting some cottage industries to employ our men we will need lawnmower equipment, woodworking equipment and vehicles. We could use any of the following vehicles in good running condition: 32 Passenger Bus; Pick-up Truck; 15 Passenger Van; Utility Trailer. As always, we also need good running used cars for those men that cannot afford to purchase a car of their own.
