What are the Needs of Ex-Offenders?
Ex-offenders need more than just a place to stay. They need a warm, friendly environment, (a home) where their self-worth is constantly being fortified.
They need assistance in establishing life goals and in finding meaningful employment.
They need assistance in determining what has caused deeply imbedded anger and pain, as well as feelings of being unloved and of having no significant value. If these issues are not dealt with properly the odds are that this person will fail in their recovery and return to prison.
